MVL Forum Rules
The following rules and guidelines are in no set order. However, all are important and should be regarded highly. Refusal to adhere to and respect the rules set forth by the MVL Forum will result in suspension or permanent banishment (up to, and including ISP referral and possible loss of Internet service).
Moderators and Administrators
Administrators and Moderators for this forum have been chosen and assigned by the owner of the MVL Forum. The owner has full faith and trust in the administrators and moderators of this forum to perform their duties with fairness and reasonable objectivity. When a moderator or administrator warns of possible rules violations, do not argue and do not ignore the warning. Arguing with the moderator over such warnings or over the enforcement of the forum rules will result in your suspension and or banishment from the MVL Forum. Any questions or concerns with decisions made by moderators should be addressed with the forum administrator(s) and/or forum owner. Any questions or concerns with the administrator(s) should be addressed with the forum owner.
MVL Forum moderators and administrators reserve the right to determine the value of posts. If it is determined that your posts have no value to the current discussion, you will be warned. Continued irrelevancy will result in suspension or banishment. Users who "spam" the site will be immediately banned. No questions asked. In addition, please take a few minutes and review recent threads to see if similar topic ideas already exist. Repeat threads of recent, existing threads will be closed. Continued abuse will result in suspension or banishment
Forum Conduct
Do not use the MVL Forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. This includes attempting to bypass the swear filters by using "*" or other symbols. Any abuse of the filters will result in a warning. Contuned abuse will result in a suspension or banishment.
Do not bash anyone, including coaches, fans, other MVL Forum users, moderators, administrators, and especially players. Criticism will be tolerated as long as it is considered within reason and not considered personal or defamatory. Using this site to air your issues with others will not be tolerated. Such abuse of the MVL Forum will result in your suspension or banishment.
Do not instigate or provoke trouble of any kind. This includes name calling, personal attacks, derogatory comments about anyone's race, religion, nationality, or cree. We have the right to determine if topics are being posted just to cause trouble. Posters identified as doing so will lose their privilege to post by suspension or permanent banishment.
Do not reveal a user's identity. Regardless of your relationship with other posters, do not hint, suggest, or outright name another user. Users may reveal themselves at their own discretion, although this is notencouraged.
User Names
Do not create multiple user names. MVL Forum moderators and administrators have the ability to view IP addresses of all posts made on the forum. Considering users may post from public computers, multiple user names may be allowed from one IP. However, if it is suspected that a user is using more than one user ID, the user will be warned. If continued abuse of the IP and/or user names persists, MVL Forum Administrators reserve the right to contact the user's Internet Service Provider for further disciplinary action. This can include losing your Internet service.
User names and accounts are required to register with Yuku and must be approved by one of the MVL Forum administrators before they are allowed to post. User names resembling a moderator's or administrator's user name will not be permitted. User names that are considered abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented will not be permitted. Any user names resembling such words will also not be tolerated.
You are responsible for your user name and password, which means ensuring others do not have access to it, and also includes logging out after each session. You will be held accountable for anything posted under your user name, regardless of who posted it.

Considering the real-time nature of this bulletin
board, it is impossible for forum moderators or administrators to review all messages. Messages posted within the MVL Forum by the posters of the MVL Forum
represent the expression of the view of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of MVL Forum, its moderators, or administrators. Any user who
feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact forum moderators and/or administrators immediately by email. We have the ability to
remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a
manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.
A user cannot copy entire news stories, quotes, articles, or statements of opinion without providing the source of information. These
activities may be violate international copyright law and may result in legal action against the user. A user can copy and paste a story if they provide the
original URL or adequately acknowledge the source of the article. Copying of photographs or videos from other sites may also be illegal if the photograph is
copyrighted by the owner. If a user copies a story that may violate international copyright law, the MVL Forum may modify or delete the post to ensure no
copyright laws or broken. The user may be warned, suspended, or banned for such activity
Possible Punishments of any rules violation:
- Unofficial warning by moderator or administrator
- Official warning by moderator or administrator
- Users with 3 Warnings within 1 month will be suspended for 1 month. This is an automatic ban and will not be question.
- Temporary suspensions ranging from days to months
- Permanent banishment
- IP Banishment
- ISP Referral and possible Internet service loss
