this year.

Certainly Alison Stillwell of Tri-Valley, and Kaylee Nutter of West Muskingum, should be poised to have great seasons. Also, Tri-Valley's Kelsey Jones and
Allison Rasor have looked very strong so far this summer. I'm assuming that Cameron Severence of Sheridan and Zach Geiger of John Glenn will also be ready
to run fast this year.

On the boys side Sheridan returns 3 all MVL runners with Severence , McCartney and Wilkins . Benji Phillips finsihed 12th at the MVL meet a year ago .
Sheridan girls team is loaded with talent , they should be stronger than last season . They return , McKown , Bromley , Miller , and have some strong freshman
in Forgrave , Snider and couple of other girls that will be strong .

I want to congratulate the Sheridan girls for their 2nd place finish at Circleville this past weekend ! Great team effort !! Hopefully some of this rubs off on
the boys team . Great effort by Broc , Conley ( most improved runner on the team !! ) , Zach Hanf , Phillips and Metzger !! Nice to see these younger kids
compete .. Cross Country is a team sport and needs the entire team on board to be successful ! Great job Generals , stay focused on your goals . Lets bring
back to back MVL titles to Sheridan both boys and girls !!

New Lex pulled of a big upset against a pretty good Tri-Valley team yesterday at the JG-TV-NL Dual meet.
