I agree, the MVL hasn't ever been a dominate league. Now, we have had some dominate teams but the league, as a whole, is weak. We'll get a
team every once in a while that goes on a nice long tourney run to the regionals & then gets beat there. Correct me if i'm wrong but, the MVL
hasn't ever had a team in the Final Four. Tri-Valley was close one year when OK_Corral played but I don't think anyone has played in the State
Tournament.

i did some research and all i can find is that tv has alot of records but most of them are indiviual i say mvl produces good players but defently isn't a
power house.

i looked and i think that the farthest a mvl team has made it is regional finals, and it was tv. i didn't see any other mvl teams that made it farther.

I have never said we were a power house league.. i agree we arent but expectations are not as high this year as in the past..and did west drop a division?

West M. beat Philo 3-1. Slade Moore scored for Philo, I believe Dana had to goals for West,but i am not sure. The game should have been 2-1 but a keeper
mistake gave them the 2 goal difference. Ref's were no where to be found as Slade was being thrown, hip checked, a grabbed every which way. There was 2
times that stick out in my mind, he had the last defender beat and gets taken out twice in or around the box by said defender. It was a good game though, alot
of people falling down and slipping due to field conditions.

even tho philo lost they played good i was very suprised. but that ball the keep let in thats was terrible bounced right off his hands.

This was by far the best the Philo team has looked all season. They played West even for 32 minutes and I believe actually had more shots on goal in the first
half than West did. West keeper had a great game. Numerous stops on shots from point blank range. He was definitely their player of the game.
