Excluding your Home Course if you are a player. My favorite for sure is Wildfire. It's usually in decent condition and the main reason I like it, the difficulty of it. Well not even difficulty, more or less the variety and different things they have there. If you are unfamiliar with the course then it can be sort of challenging.

Because it's cheap and it's close. But, it is always in great shape! I love the difference between the front 9 & the back 9. It plays very long in the front and very technical in the back.
