All MVL Posts: 634 (10/21/09 3:24 AM) All MVL Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Congrats to the the 8th grade Lady Generals who avenged their only regular season loss by beating John Glenn 2-0 at Tri-Valley HS to capture the league tourney title. Both matches were hard fought as the Generals topped the Muskies 26-24 & 25-22...... I think! Sheridan beat Tri-Valley 2-0 and John Glenn came back after dropping game 1 to beat Morgan [2-1] to get to the title match. This Sheridan class went 30-2 overall for their 7th & 8th grade seasons, winning league and tournament titles both seasons. They won 33 of 36 games this season. Also, kudos to the Lady Muskies. These same two teams met for the tourney championship as 7th graders. This may have been a glimpse into some good battles down the road!!!!! I hate to think that the Lady Generals and the Lady Muskies would have big battles in any girls sports. I'm trying to think off the top of my head if there has been any nice rivalries between the 2 schools in any sport that I can remember!!!!
